Summary

This study looks at whether eating more low-calorie foods (like fruits and veggies) automatically makes people eat less high-calorie foods. Healthy adults aged 18–35 with a normal weight will eat different meal combinations over four sessions. The goal is to understand how to design meals that help with weight loss by naturally reducing calorie intake.
