Summary

This study looked at whether shared medical appointments (group visits) could help people manage their weight. 43 adults with obesity from a weight management center were split into two groups: one attended group visits and cooking classes for 8 weeks, the other completed online modules. The main goal was to see if participants found the group visits acceptable and helpful.
