Can groceries and coaching stop heart disease in families?
NCT ID NCT07380243
Summary
This study aims to find out if providing families with healthy food, nutrition education, and personalized coaching can help them improve their heart health and make lasting lifestyle changes. It will involve 120 families where a parent has a high body mass index (BMI) and Medicaid insurance, along with their child aged 6-11. Researchers will test different combinations of support—like food deliveries, online tools, and health coaching—to see what works best to reduce heart disease risk.
