First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at how accurately three different food frequency questionnaires estimate how many fruits and vegetables people eat. Researchers will compare the questionnaire results with actual diet records and with levels of carotenoids (plant nutrients) in the blood and skin. The study involves 100 healthy adults who do not smoke or take supplements.
