Scientists test if breakfast changes how your body uses a new pill
NCT ID NCT06996184
Summary
This early-stage study tested how eating food affects the way the body absorbs an experimental drug called vamifeport. It involved 28 healthy adults who took the drug once with food and once without, in a random order. The main goal was to measure the drug levels in the blood under both conditions to see if food makes a difference.
