Summary
This study tested how eating high-fat or low-fat meals changes the way a single dose of a new drug, ammoxetine, is absorbed and processed by the body. It involved 18 healthy adults who took the drug under different meal conditions. The goal was to gather basic information to help guide how the drug should be taken with food in future studies.
