Summary

This study looks at how different food combinations affect muscle protein synthesis after resistance exercise in healthy adults. Fifteen recreationally active young adults will eat either a potato and beef combination, white bread and beef, or beef alone after exercise. Researchers will measure muscle building through blood and muscle samples.
