Summary
This study is testing whether providing free, culturally appropriate food bundles and simple recipe guides can help adults with type 2 diabetes who have trouble affording healthy food. The 25 participants are low-income, uninsured patients at a clinic in North Carolina. Researchers will see if this food support improves diabetes management, cooking habits, and health over 6 months.
