Summary
This study is testing a 16-week program designed to improve the overall health of young children from low-income families. The program teaches mindfulness, healthy eating, and movement skills at school and at home, involving both the child and their primary caregiver. Researchers want to see if this approach can reduce problem behaviors, improve social skills, and support better physical and mental health for the whole family.
