Summary
This study tests a program called Food-Body-Mind for 800 preschoolers aged 3-5 from low-income families in Head Start. The program aims to improve children's mental health, social skills, and reduce obesity by teaching healthy eating, physical activity, and emotional coping. Researchers will measure changes in problem behaviors reported by teachers and caregivers.
