Summary
This study tests whether providing healthy food to pregnant women at risk for gestational diabetes can help prevent the condition. It will involve 400 pregnant patients receiving care through Harris Health who are on Medicaid and have risk factors like high BMI. Researchers will compare diabetes rates between those who receive the food support and those who don't.
