Summary

This study looked at the best way to provide medically tailored meals to families. 103 participants received meals either for themselves or their whole household, delivered by a dedicated driver or a commercial shipper. The goal was to see which approach improved diet quality and reduced loneliness the most, to help design future meal programs.
