Could a simple skin test reveal your IBS food triggers?
NCT ID NCT06288672
Summary
This study is testing whether avoiding foods that cause a skin reaction can help people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Participants get a patch test on their back to check for food allergies, then follow a special diet for 16 weeks. Researchers will compare symptom changes between people avoiding their actual trigger foods and those avoiding unrelated foods.
