Summary

This study tested a treatment called oral immunotherapy (OIT) for people with shrimp or cashew allergies. Participants slowly ate increasing amounts of the allergen to build tolerance. The study aimed to see how immune cells change over a year. It included 58 people aged 7 to 55, but was stopped early.
