Summary

This study tests whether a low-FODMAP diet can reduce pain and improve quality of life in 150 women with endometriosis who also have gut symptoms like bloating and constipation. Participants will either follow the diet or continue their usual care. The goal is to see if changing what you eat can ease both pelvic and digestive discomfort.
