First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests a device that uses focused ultrasound to temporarily open the blood-brain barrier in people with brain metastases from non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if this helps standard immunotherapy drugs work better against the brain tumors. About 30 adults will be enrolled, and the study will track safety and tumor response on MRI scans over six months.
