First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looked at how a single session of vibration foam rolling versus regular foam rolling affects leg muscle properties in 14 young male recreational athletes. Each athlete tried both types of foam rolling and a rest period, with muscle tone, stiffness, and elasticity measured before and after. The goal was to see if adding vibration changes how muscles respond immediately after rolling.
