Can foam rolling help sprinters bounce back faster?

NCT ID NCT07439523

Summary

This study is testing whether adding foam rolling to light jogging helps 400-meter sprinters recover better after a race. Twenty healthy university athletes will run a simulated 400m sprint, then do light jogging. Half will also use foam rollers on their leg muscles. Researchers will measure muscle soreness, heart rate, and blood lactate to see if the foam rolling helps them feel better and recover faster.
