Summary
This study measured how two types of foam rolling affect muscle properties in young male recreational athletes. Fourteen participants tried vibration foam rolling, regular foam rolling, and rest while researchers measured muscle stiffness and elasticity. The goal was to understand which method creates the most immediate changes in how muscles feel and respond.
