First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether transferring healthy gut bacteria from donors (fecal transplant) can make chemotherapy and immunotherapy more effective for people with triple-negative breast cancer. About 125 participants will first provide samples to establish a baseline, then some will receive the transplant alongside standard treatment before surgery. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and feasible, and whether it can improve tumor response.
