Rugby injury breakthrough? simple screen may predict who gets hurt
NCT ID NCT06715618
First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether the Functional Movement Screen™ (FMS™) can predict injuries in amateur rugby players. Twenty players from French clubs performed the FMS™ at the start and end of the season, and all injuries were tracked. The goal was to see if a low FMS™ score correlates with more injuries, which could help coaches and trainers identify at-risk players early and take steps to prevent harm.
