Summary

This study looks at whether a specific type of exercise using a flywheel machine can help prevent muscle loss and weakness that happens when people are in space. Researchers will study 16 healthy adults who exercise regularly. They will measure muscle strength, size, and nerve signals to see how well the flywheel training works.
