Summary
This study looks at 40 adults with septic shock to see whether heart ultrasound or neck artery ultrasound is better at predicting who needs more fluids. Doctors often give fluids to stabilize blood pressure, but only half of patients respond. The goal is to find a more accurate way to guide treatment and avoid unnecessary fluids.
