Can smarter fluid use during heart surgery save your kidneys?

Summary
This study aims to see if a specific, guided method for giving fluids during heart surgery helps protect the kidneys from injury. It will compare this guided method to standard care in 100 adults having common heart operations. Researchers will measure special markers in the blood and urine to check for early signs of kidney stress.
