Summary
This study looked at how giving IV fluids affects heart function in pregnant women with preeclampsia during C-section delivery. Researchers used ultrasound imaging to measure how the heart pumps blood before and after receiving fluids. The goal was to better understand heart changes during delivery to help guide treatment for these high-risk patients.
