Could a common steroid help brain bleed survivors walk again?

Summary
This study tests whether a drug called fludrocortisone can help people recover better after a serious type of stroke caused by a brain aneurysm rupture. About 524 critically ill adults will receive either the drug or a placebo within 96 hours of their hospital admission. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces death and long-term disability six months later.
