Summary

This study aims to find the best flu shot strategy for adults who recently received a kidney, heart, or liver transplant. Researchers are comparing stronger, high-dose flu shots to standard ones, and testing whether getting two shots in one season is better than one. The goal is to improve protection against influenza in this high-risk group.
