Summary
This study aims to find the most effective flu shot strategy for adults who recently received a kidney, heart, or liver transplant. Researchers are comparing different vaccine doses and schedules to see which provides the strongest immune protection. The goal is to better prevent serious flu infections in this high-risk group during their first year after transplant.
