Summary
This study aims to see if giving stronger (high-dose) flu vaccines over two consecutive years provides better protection against influenza for people who have received a lung transplant. It will compare the immune response and safety of the stronger vaccine to the standard one in 60 lung transplant recipients. The goal is to find the best vaccination strategy to reduce serious flu infections in this vulnerable group.
