Stronger flu shot tested for vulnerable transplant patients
NCT ID NCT05215327
Summary
This study is testing whether a higher-dose flu vaccine provides better protection for lung transplant patients compared to the standard dose. Researchers will enroll about 270 people who received a lung transplant within the past 1-35 months. Participants will receive two doses of either the high-dose or standard-dose vaccine during one flu season to compare immune responses and safety.
