Summary
This study tested a new method for making the seasonal flu vaccine in nearly 2,000 healthy adults aged 18 and older. The goal was to see if the new method produces a similar immune response and is as safe as the current method and a licensed flu vaccine. The study also checked that three different batches of the new vaccine work consistently.
