Summary
This study is testing if a new, stronger dose of a medication called Ingavirin Forte can help adults with the flu or a common cold feel better faster. Researchers will compare how quickly symptoms like fever, cough, and sore throat go away in people taking the new dose versus a standard dose or a placebo. The goal is to see if the higher dose is safe and more effective at easing symptoms.
