New device aims to seal dangerous brain aneurysms

Summary
This study tests a device called a flow diverter to treat brain aneurysms that are not balloon-shaped. The goal is to block blood flow into the aneurysm, helping it heal and preventing rupture. About 168 adults aged 18 to 80 will be enrolled, and the main outcome is complete blockage of the aneurysm one year after the procedure.
