First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests a device called a flow diverter to treat brain aneurysms that are not the common balloon-like type. The goal is to block blood flow into the aneurysm to prevent it from rupturing. About 168 adults aged 18 to 80 will receive the device and be followed for 12 months to check if the aneurysm is fully sealed.
