First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This completed trial tested whether the Flourish app, a digital toolkit with science-based well-being practices, can improve mental health in students. Over 1,100 students either used the app at least twice a week for six weeks or continued with their usual mental health resources. Researchers measured changes in well-being, depression, anxiety, stress, and resilience through surveys.
