Can a phone app make college students happier?

Summary
This study is testing whether a science-based mobile app called 'Flourish' can improve the mental and emotional well-being of college students. Researchers will enroll 2500 students to compare using the app alone, using it with a friend, or continuing with usual campus resources for 6 weeks. The main goal is to see if the app reduces feelings of loneliness and stress while increasing positive emotions and a sense of belonging.
