This study looked at how sitting on the floor versus in a chair affects movement and well-being in 40 healthy adults aged 18-35. Participants tried both types of sitting in a lab and then added an hour of floor sitting to their daily routine for a month. The goal was to see if floor sitting leads to more frequent posture changes and increased overall movement.
