Could floating in a dark tank ease Trauma's grip?

NCT ID NCT04368689

Summary

This study is testing whether a therapy called 'floatation-REST' can help ease symptoms of PTSD. Thirty adults with PTSD will float in a quiet, dark, shallow saltwater pool to see if it reduces their stress, anxiety, and depression. The researchers are measuring how participants feel both mentally and physically before and after the floating sessions.
