Summary
This study tests a flexible digital insulin dose calculator in children under 12 with type 1 diabetes who use multiple daily injections. About 440 children will either receive standard care or standard care plus the calculator for 6 months. The goal is to see if the tool helps improve blood sugar control and reduce the risk of dangerously low or high blood sugar.
