Summary

This study tests a new device called FlexAblate that uses microwaves to destroy lung cancer nodules. It is for adults over 18 with small lung tumors who cannot have surgery or choose not to. The goal is to see if the device safely and completely treats the tumor, with follow-up scans and checkups over one year.
