Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new vaccine that targets a specific protein found only in fibrolamellar liver cancer cells. The vaccine is combined with three other drugs to boost the immune system and block cancer growth. About 27 people with advanced disease who have already tried immunotherapy may join. The main goals are to check safety and see if tumors shrink.
