Summary
This study looked at two types of exercises for teenagers with flat feet: one focusing on the small muscles inside the foot, and the other on larger leg muscles. Over 8 weeks, 33 teens did these exercises to see which helped more with foot posture, strength, balance, and daily function. The goal was to find a better way to ease symptoms and improve quality of life without surgery or special shoes.
