Summary
This study tested two different 8-week exercise programs for teenagers with flexible flat feet. Researchers compared exercises that strengthen the small muscles inside the foot to exercises that strengthen the larger leg muscles. They measured which program better improved foot posture, strength, balance, and walking in 33 participants.
