NCT ID NCT06036420
First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This small study looks at whether morning flashed light therapy, combined with video-based sleep coaching, is acceptable and tolerable for teens aged 14–17 with ADHD and delayed sleep timing. Six participants will try the light therapy daily for six weeks and attend weekly sleep coaching sessions. The goal is to see if teens and parents find the treatment easy to stick with, not to measure effectiveness.
