Summary

This study tests a new type of radiation called FLASH, which delivers treatment in a fraction of a second, against standard radiation for people with common skin cancers. The goal is to see if FLASH causes fewer severe skin side effects while still controlling the cancer effectively. About 60 adults aged 60 and older who cannot have surgery will participate.
