Scientists step up to map the heart of a healthy nation

NCT ID NCT07275619

Summary

This study aims to collect normal heart and lung fitness data from 800 healthy Pakistani adults. Participants will perform a simple, timed step test so researchers can measure heart rate and estimate oxygen use. The goal is to create a reference guide showing what 'normal' fitness looks like for this population, which can help doctors assess future patients.
