First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looked at whether the FITLIGHT system, which uses lights to train speed and thinking, gives consistent results when measuring athletic moves like hopping and cutting. Researchers also wanted to see if a short brain training session could improve how well people do two tasks at once. The study planned to include 8 healthy adults, but was ended early.
