NCT ID NCT06748417
Summary
This study aimed to test how reliable a light-based brain training system (FITLIGHT) is for measuring athletes' performance. Researchers wanted to see if doing brain training exercises right before physical tests affected how quickly and accurately healthy participants could hop and change direction. The study was terminated early after enrolling only 8 participants.
