Summary

This study looks at whether Fitbit activity monitors can help measure physical function in people with cervical myelopathy, a condition where the spinal cord in the neck is compressed. Researchers will compare step counts from Fitbits with standard questionnaires before and after decompression surgery. The goal is to find easier ways to track recovery and monitor the disease.
