Summary
This study tested a program to help people with knee osteoarthritis become more physically active and sit less. Fifty-one participants tried using a Fitbit activity tracker with a special app, attended an education session, and received phone counseling from a physiotherapist. Researchers wanted to see if this combination of tools and support could improve movement habits and ease knee symptoms.
