Scientists test if fish oil and wine fight body stress
NCT ID NCT00682318
Summary
This study aims to understand how fish oil and red wine affect certain markers in the blood and urine related to inflammation and cell stress. Healthy participants were given different combinations of fish oil, safflower oil, red wine, or grain alcohol to see how these substances change these markers. The goal is to gather knowledge, not to treat or prevent any disease.
